On Friday, Christy Clark is scheduled to deliver the premier's customary address to the Union of British Columbia Municipalities annual general meeting. So what will she be telling local politicians during that speech? Well, we think there's a strong chances she'll talk up her commitment to "work with communities and business to create Investment Attraction Strategies for each region of the province." That commitment, along with a promise to help those communities "build their capacity to respond to and act on investment inquiries" was mentioned in the final pages of Ms. Clark's jobs plan. But it wasn't specifically highlighted during any of the plan-related events held last week.
