Site C consultation process questioned

BC Hydro Corp. spent $8 million consulting the public about its Site C dam. But that consultation process appears to have never directly asked Peace River region residents where they wanted that dam built. That's what University of Victoria professional writing students Kim Belanger, Emma Hamilton, Jessica Lampard, Tia Low and Kadie Smith revealed today, in an article published in The Tyee. That article is the result of one of several investigations undertaken by students this past semester as part of the writing department's advanced journalism course.
