NDP caucus communications director departs

Provincial New Democrat leader Adrian Dix has another senior caucus staff position to fill. Yesterday, its executive director Anne-Marie Delorey announced communications director Sara Goldvine has moved to Toronto to pursue new opportunities after two years of doing that job. According to Ms. Delorey, for the past few weeks Ms. Goldvine has been "working with us long distance as her health has allowed" - a reference to a badly broken leg. But her final day with caucus will be June 10. The following is a complete copy of that announcement.

Hello Everyone

As some of you may have heard Sara has moved to Toronto to pursue new opportunities. Sara has been working with us long distance as her health has allowed. She will continue to work with the Communications department this week and her final day will be June 10.

Sara has been with us as a Research Officer, Communications Officer and then the Director of Caucus Communications. Sara brought incredible energy, leadership and insight to her work in all her roles with caucus but she demonstrated this most in her role as Director of Communications. She has been a wonderful person to work with and we will miss her greatly. We of course wish her well in her new life in Toronto with Ryan. And for those of you who were wondering, Dax did arrive in Toronto safely.

All the best Sara, thank you for your extraordinary contributions to the New Democrat Opposition Caucus.

Anne-Marie DeLorey
