The provincial government commissioned the "most celebrated creative agency" in the country to come up with its harmonized sales tax ads. Public Eye has learned DDB Canada Inc. was the brains behind those ads, which were rolled out today. In February, Strategy Magazine named DDB the country's top agency for the second year in a row. The government is spending $5 million on the advertising campaign, which is meant to "help inform voters of their forthcoming decision to keep the HST or go back to the two-tax system of the PST and GST."
