Premier's office gets bigger...but not by much

Under Christy Clark, the executive branch in the premier's office will be bigger than it was when Gordon Campbell left it. But it will be smaller than it was just two years ago. The government's telephone online directory presently lists 9 employees in that branch - not counting principal secretary Dimitri Pantazopoulos and press secretary Chris Olsen. By comparison, seven were working there during the final days of the Campbell administration. However, a directory independently published by B&C List (1982) Ltd. shows the branch had 12 employees in 2009. That's down from 16 in 2006. The following is a complete list of those staffers for the aforementioned years.

What good do these people serve for British Columbians can they not find real jobs?

Perhaps you could tell us where these people joining the Premiers office have been working recently. That seems meaningful content.

Now that Chris Olsen has left CTV Vancouver and become the Premier's Press Secretary does it mean that he is no longer on "our side"?

Good heavens! Besides partisan politics, what do all these people do?
