Public service head briefs Dyble but not Clark?

Earlier, Public Eye exclusively told you about an unusual email in which public service agency head Allan Seckel advised bureaucrats he didn't want to leave government. That email was sent minutes before it was announced that premier-designate Christy Clark had decided to replace Mr. Seckel with John Dyble. And now it appears that Ms. Clark hasn't personally been in contact with the public service head regarding her transition into government. Instead, the premier-designate told reporters yesterday Mr. Seckel has been "very helpful, as I understand it, in the transition with John."
