P3 agency eyes energy sector

Partnerships British Columbia is looking to bring its public-private partnership expertise to the energy sector. In its most recent shareholder's letter of expectations, the province ordered the Crown-owned company to "expand its role in the planning and management of those capital projects that seek to meet Government's energy needs in a more effective and efficient manner." Asked for an example of that expansion, a spokesperson for Partnerships British Columbia said the company "recently assisted BC Hydro with its procurement of their Smart Metering program."

The Liberal agenda - create wealth for corporations paid for by the people of BC.

These parasites have been salivating over the opportunities to get a share in the profits available to them in the energy sector. That sector which is in the public's interest to control has a no risk investment potential. It is the next gold rush and the folks in government just give it away.
