Dix to propose "significant" tax policy change

Earlier this evening, we observed provincial New Democrat leadership candidate Adrian Dix's campaign hasn't made an announcement for the past five days. But, two hours later, the campaign advised media that Mr. Dix would be holding a news conference tomorrow morning at 10:00 where he'll propose a "significant change in provincial tax policy." That news conference will take place near the Burrard Sky Train Station.

How backdated is the tax policy?

Maybe he'll get rid of MSP premiums, and add them on to regular taxes instead. It's a personal pet peeve. One can hope!
