Dix leadership announcement at elementary school?

Today, Juan de Fuca MLA John Horgan will announce he's entering the provincial New Democrat leadership race. So when might Vancouver-Kingsway MLA Adrian Dix step up to the starting gate? Could it be next week? Might he make that announcement at Sir Guy Carleton Elementary School in his riding? Inquiring minds want to know!

John Horgan would be an even bigger asset to the NDP if his leadership campaign is successful. He has been in the forefront in "blowing the whistle" on Rich Coleman's giveaway of the TFL lands in Jordan River and on the BC Liberals' electricity policy that will cause major rate increases for all of us. John is diligent, forceful and a gentleman.

I see Dix as more of a partisan attack dog than a leadership candidate. Who knows what his policy ideas would be except to run down the liberal playbook and do the exact opposite, well-advised or not.

What Political Karma said. Plus Dix and any other Glen Clark staffer will be reminded on the PacifiCatastrophe.

Fast Ferries or BC Rail? Hmmm, I wonder which is worse, which has cost us more in lost revenue? Then there are the other BC LIberal scandals.

I don't know what bothers me more about you, Josef - your blatant partisan hackery, or the fact that you don't even live in British Columbia.

I have no moral authority to speak about the politics in Washington state nor do I have any vested interest in what goes on down there. As a result, I do not claim to speak for or in favour of the Democrats or the Republicans.

The same goes for you, except in reverse.
