Premier material

Here's a question for readers: as we earlier reported, last night Premier Gordon Campbell attended a party barbecue that featured biennial convention delegate selection meetings for the South Island's seven Liberal constituency associations. So with his leadership on the line, what are the chances of him showing up when other associations hold those meetings? After all, that's where party members will also be casting their leadership endorsement ballots.

A full-court press spin job and a continued absence of secret ballot protocols for endorsing him would not surprise me.

Something tells me he won't show up in the Cariboo Chilcotin Constituency.

Think about how these "delegates" are a BBQ
