Earlier, we reported three key positions at the Columbia Power Corp. are presently unfilled. Among them: the Crown corporation's president and chief executive officer - a job that was held by Barry Chuddy up until July 3, 2009. In an interview with Public Eye, human resources and corporate services vice-president Debbie Martin explained the corporation launched a search to find Mr. Chuddy's successor in February. Korn/Ferry International Inc. has been hired to conduct that search - a process that's expected to be completed by September 1. Ms. Martin said the successful candidate will determine whether the Columbia Power's vacant chief financial officer and operations vice-president positions will be filled. In the interim, the corporation has appointed a finance director, while projects vice-president Giulio Ambrosone has been given responsibility for operations.
