One day only

Last month, we reported the legislature's select standing committee on children and youth had agreed to hold a meeting on child poverty. And now we can report the date of that meeting has been set for May 21. This, according to a schedule distributed by the office of the clerk of committees yesterday. The meeting will take place at the Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue in Vancouver, where between six to eight witnesses will speak before the committee.
