Back in May, federal Conservative MP John Cummins told us he didn't have the time to "get involved and support" the provincial Conservatives, despite being sympathetic to their cause. But it looks like Mr. Cummins has now made some time to do just that. On Friday, he's scheduled to talk to Tories in Victoria about "Why Federal Conservatives Should Support the BC Conservatives." That event follows an earlier appearance at the provincial party's annual general meeting, as noted by blogger Adrian MacNair.
