It's a date!

The Vancouver Sun's Vaughn Palmer has named the date on which Prime Minister Stephen Harper will address British Columbia's legislature. Public Eye was the first to tell you about that speech, which is scheduled to take place next week. But would it happen Wednesday or Thursday? We couldn't say for sure, with both days having been mentioned as possibilities. But Thursday it is, reports Mr. Palmer.
