Speaking of the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort and Spa, federal New Democrat leader Jack Layton was spotted breakfasting at that hotel this past Sunday morning along with three other individuals. Later the same day, Mr. Layton attended a dim sum brunch fundraiser celebrating the fourth anniversary of Denise Savoie's election as a parliamentarian.
