Last month, the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives's Ontario office prepared a report that found the majority of those living in that province "won't be worse off" as a result of the Dalton administration's harmonized sales tax. But is the same be true for the Campbell administration's version of that tax? Well, we could soon find out. Because the centre's British Columbia office is considering preparing just such a quantitative analysis in the next two to three months.
