Provincial New Democrats and the founding director of the University of Victoria's school of social workers may have concerns about outspoken social conservative Heather Stilwell sitting on the board that oversees the regulatory board for British Columbia's social workers. But the association representing members of that profession is staying tight-lipped about Ms. Stilwell's appointment. In response to a request for comment placed Monday, a spokesperson said the association's president Pam Miller "felt that you should talk to the (B.C. College of Social Workers)."
