Earlier, we were the first to tell you pundit David Schreck had drafted a resolution directing the British Columbia New Democrats' executive and provincial council to "develop and ratify, no later than December 1, 2010, appropriate regulations for the election" of a leader using the one-member, one-vote system that was approved at the party's 2003 convention. But that proposal likely won't be debated at the party's biennial convention. It's number 37 on a list of 39 constitution and party affairs resolutions. So what does Mr. Schreck think about his resolution being de-prioritized? Well, here's what he told Public Eye.
