Earlier, we reported the three environmentalists appointed to the provincial government's green energy advisory task force are connected to groups that criticized the New Democrats' platform as being a "step backwards for climate action" during the election. But Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources Minister Blair Lekstrom said that criticism doesn't have anything to do with those appointments. "If we excluded everyone who criticized the NDP's platform, we'd be left with very few people to choose from," he said.
