Police backup

This is a bit curious: we just dropped into estimates debate for the solicitor general's ministry and there were no fewer than 18 bureaucrats watching the proceedings and assisting Kash Heed. Some of them were from the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia. But it still seems like a lot of backup to us.
