Here's where we wish we could be right now: the Canadian Public Relations Society is hosting an "educational opportunity" for those interesting in understanding how Canada's Lobbying Act and British Columbia's soon-to-be-amended Lobbyists Registration Act "can affect your professional practice." Taking place at the Cascadia Hotel and Suites, the lunchtime session features Canada's lobbying commissioner Karen Shepherd and Mary Carlson, executive director of the office of British Columbia's lobbyists registrar.
