Earlier, we suggested former advanced education and labour market development deputy minister Robin Ciceri might be named president of the Research Universities' Council of British Columbia. But, under government policy, senior managers face a number of employment restrictions during the year after they leave government. So could restrictions - which civil service head Allan Seckel has the power to wave - stand in the way of Ms. Ciceri taking that job?
