Madam president?

Earlier, we exclusively reported on the sudden departure of advanced education and labour market development deputy minister Robin Ciceri. Ms. Ciceri has stated she's leaving to "pursue another career opportunity." But what could that opportunity be? Well, how about heading up the Research Universities' Council of British Columbia? After all, the council has been without a president since September, when Don Avison left that job to "pursue other opportunities."
