A taxing question

Sunday morning, on Public Eye Radio, we'll speak with former Victoria school board chair Donna Jones about the possibility the provincial government might give back the taxing authority it took away from school boards in 1990. British Columbia School Trustees Association Connie Denesiuk shares her thoughts on that suggestion. Port Coquitlam city councillor Brad West discusses a Union of British Columbia Municipalities resolution calling on the government to abandon the harmonized sales tax. And our rabble-rousing panel - Don Anderson, David Cubberley, Sheila Orr and Allan Warnke - debate the week that was in provincial and federal politics. You can listen to Public Eye Radio outside of Victoria by logging into CFAX 1070 between 8:00 and 10:00. If you have a question for one of our guests, you can email us or leave a comment below.

Actually this is the CFAX link.

Hopefully since I'm not a morning person the podcast for last week and this week will magically appear soon :-).

But as I listen now, I will repeat in less words what I said earlier, re: Conservative Party whining about HST... either stand behind it or delete it. They owe it to Premier Campbell and the team to support the HST :-).
