Next weekend, the provincial Conservatives will be having their annual general meeting. But former premier Bill Vander Zalm, who is campaign against the harmonized sales tax with party deputy leader Chris Delaney, told Public Eye Radio he won't be attending that event. "No, I'm not going to any political meetings. I'm not participating in any political movement or party. But I understand they're having their meeting next weekend. And I wish them well. I'm sure they'll have better attendance than what they would have had if they hadn't been involved in fighting the HST."
