The dealer wins

Last month, the British Columbia Lottery Corp. quietly announced it would be adding casino-style games such as blackjack, roulette and poker to its Website. And, according to the corporation's latest service plan, those games - which will be available by March 31, 2010 - are expected to increase its gross eGaming revenues by $13.9 million in fiscal 2010/11 and $19 million in 2011/12 over what it had predicted in February - up from $43 and $54 million respectively. The corporation has said those increases have nothing to do with raising the's betting limit to $9,999 per week.
