Three strikes you're out?

Question period is about to get underway. And guess who isn't in the legislature? Why that would be Premier Gordon Campbell for the fourth time in a row. Again, this has nothing to do with the premier's reluctance to answer questions about his former campaign co-chair Patrick Kinsella.

How do you know it has nothing to do with reluctance to face questions about Kinsella, Sean? Has the Premier provided any excuse for failing to face the people's chamber? For refusing to respond to the official Opposition? For the disdain he has repeatedly shown for principles of government accountability?

It's a pretty good bet that's exactly why he's hiding out and any offended British Columbian could certainly be forgiven for drawing that conclusion in the absence of a legitimate explanation.

Campbell is just showing us how he thinks the "Gag Law" should work.
