The provincial government has already announced the University College of the Fraser Valley, Kwantlen University College and Malaspina University-College will all become universities. At it looks like Capilano College may be next. Because the Campbell administration has invited dignitaries to attend "a special event" at the post-secondary institution tomorrow morning at 10:00. Earlier, The Georgia Straight's Charlie Smith reported the premier's only sister, Catherine Vertesi, has been "involved in the campaign to designate Capilano College a 'regional university.'"
