I think Ms. Findlay's greatest moment of public service happened when she ably stood up for the leaseholders of the Musqueam lands; the Federal Liberals were too afraid to stand up for the leaseholders when the Musqueam band tried to inflate the value of the land and gouge the leaseholders. She stood up for them and won, rescuing the life savings of a large number of leaseholders, including many pensioners.
