Mr. Fraser, who works with Mr. Marissen at Burrard Communications Inc., is scheduled to depart at the end of the month. But we also understand a replacement is on the way.

First, Peter isn't the Dion Campaign Co-Chair, and second, no Peter isn't joining Burrard Comm. What the hell have you been smoking, and please share!
