Public Eye has reported at length on race to fill the seven open seats on the Non-Partisan Association's board of directors. And, according to our operatives at the association's annual general meeting, Elyn Dobbs, Greg Elzinga and Jeff Melland have failed to cross the finish line. Instead, the candidates endorsed by Mayor Sam Sullivan's former campaign manager Colin Metcalfe - Joost Bakker, Cindy Chan Piper, Glenn Cho, Kilby Gibson, Allen Langdon, Mina Laudan and Douglas Leung - swept the polls.
