Is amalgamation going to be an issue for the UBCM delegates? If not, ... why not. BC needs efficient, effective local government and right now we don't have that. And why is Vancouver under a separate Charter Act?

Is there going to be vouchers handed out to visiting mayors from West Hickgrove and Bumpkinsville for quality approved sessions of $200/hour stress reduction?
With all those mayors craving relief..where are they going to find enough young lads to handle the demand?
