Turns out competitor Christy Clark booked the four rooms that were available on the Marriott Pinnacle's second floor, leaving Mr. Metcalfe without a headquarters. Running get-out-the-vote operations for Ms. Clark from those rooms are Election Day co-chairs Kim Haakstad, executive director of the federal Liberals in British Columbia, and Doug Beaton, senior advisor to Industry Minister David Emerson.
