And now it seems the government has decided on a replacement. Welcome aboard assistant deputy minister of employee relations Paul Straszak. Not exactly a household name - yet. But British Columbia Rail Ltd. workers will remember him as being the former Crown corporation's director of labour relations, responsible for stickhandling employee-related aspects of the privatization deal.
